Ania Wierzbowska-Fuller is a Licensed US Customs Broker (LCB) and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) with over 20 years of diverse experience in building and leading teams, coaching, training facilitation, global trade operations, trade data analysis, and operational management. Since joining A.N. Deringer in 2017, Ania has specialized in risk management and import compliance. She is the Director of the Trade Compliance Services Team, which consists of the Trade Advisory Group (Consulting), Compliance, and Regulatory Affairs teams. Ania uses her expertise to assure Deringer’s compliance with US Customs regulations, and to help clients address compliance issues and develop comprehensive and effective compliance programs that withstand the fast-paced changes of today’s international trade environment.

Prior to joining Deringer, Ania spent nearly 12 years with Target Corporation, including 5 years at Target’s Global Trade Services (GTS) in numerous leadership roles. She was responsible for duty savings strategies, including Target’s First Sale Program, as well as facilitating the execution of Target’s Importer Self-Assessment (ISA) Program. Ania’s team was responsible for import compliance, post entry amendments, regulatory analysis, and resolution of detentions and admissibility issues.

In the workplace and beyond, Ania is passionate about guiding people on their journey to clearly see and understand themselves, identify their true aspirations, remove personal obstacles, and purposefully work towards achieving their own version of success. She derives the greatest satisfaction from helping others grow personally and professionally, advance their career, and achieve results– either individually or as part of a cohesive and effective team. Ania strives to promote a team culture of collaboration, growth, and empowerment, driving faster and more meaningful outcomes.

Ania’s extensive leadership and client relationship management experience in various industries make her a valuable resource to the Leadership Team at Deringer, as well as various industry groups. She received her MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
