Bakery Congress 2015 is the baking industry trade show and conference featuring almost 43,000 sq. ft. of space showcasing the latest baking ingredients, equipment, services, technology and baked goods (fresh, proof & bake, par-baked, freezer-to-oven, and thaw & serve). A perfect opportunity to meet qualified buyers, increase brand awareness, launch new products & services, write orders, and network with the industry. This year’s event takes place at the Palais des congrès de Montréal.
